What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with end customers to promote TORK brand awareness and secure profitable business.
- Collaborate with important segment channel and field sales partners to realize company profitable growth goals.
- Expert segment knowledge and awareness of influencers, decision makers, common explicit and implicit needs as well as artfully solving customers problems that result in new business.
- Provide end customer insights and shares with other key stakeholders while acting on opportunities and threats.
- Proactively act on sales data and market information to excel financial targets and execution of business plan. Conducts business reviews as according to plan.
- Execute the Segment Sales plans and optimize effort, resources and results.
- Drives contract negotiations including terms and conditions, product offers and pricing in line with overall product and pricing strategies.
- Holds business reviews and takes proactive approach in driving cross sell and upsell in existing accounts.
- Translate sales plans into operational sales activities per customer/account according to Key Account Manager and Commercial Planning guidelines, monitor and adapt sales activities on regular basis so that objectives are met.
- Deliver on agreed Sales targets and Sales KPI´s within own Segment and End Customers.
- Builds a strong relationship with targeted End Customer within own Segment.
- Execute on product mix, hygiene solutions, strategic product mix, which contributes to profitability, profitable growth, retention-/churn according to agreed goals and sales targets
- Is positioning TORK as the partner of choice and preferred brand with End Customers in own sales Segment.
- Continuously build market knowledge and refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor.
- Secure and actively develop own leadership competence according to Essity Leadership platform “Leading Self”.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Sales & Marketing. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience (end customer, Service Providers, distribution)
- Three (3) plus years of experience in sales or account management; Healthcare industry preferred such as Long-Term Care and Acute Care Facilities
- Experience working CRM systems (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) preferred.
- Proven negotiating, persuasion and influencing skills
- Experience calling on and working directly with end customers
- Ability to build relationships and work with local GPO sales teams as well as distributor alliances
- Strong drive for results and sense of urgency, self-starter, and strong work ethic.
- Financial and technical acumen, excellent communication and business acumen skills
- Ability to travel 50% of the time to domestic locations
