Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages a book of insurance business, while acting with a high degree of independent discretion, autonomy and decision-making
- Provides professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, business partners, and HUB colleagues, resulting in a rate of account retention that meets or exceeds expectations
- Provides a high level of support to Producer in obtaining, maintaining and expanding business
- Works closely with Producer and other HUB personnel on all aspects of client service, marketing and renewal while adhering to HUB Broker Standards
- File formation/review of client enrollment file to be uploaded to carrier sites
- Assist in design and implantation of sales/marketing tools with Strategic Resource Coordinator
- Communicate with clients regarding claims issues/questions regarding insurance (domestic and international)
- Assist in creating client presentations
- Troubleshoots billing issues
- Responsible for overall retention of accounts in assigned book of business
- Organizes client meetings when necessary
- Prepares reports for management as required.
- Attends industry related continuing education training and courses.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
