Description:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding client relationships. You’ll be responsible for driving new business, increasing direct client engagement, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client needs and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Business Development & Outreach:
- Drive new business through cold calling, mass emails, texts, client/clinician referrals, and industry events.
- Research potential clients using job boards, industry news, and journals to generate leads.
- Identify client decision-makers, build strong relationships, and close deals.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and execute daily outreach efforts to secure new contracts and partnerships.
- Maintain and update client account information and job postings in the database.
- Submit clinician CVs for reverse marketing to client decision-makers and follow up on feedback.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with recruiters and credentialing teams to address client needs and solve challenges.
- Communicate job details to the recruitment team and ensure alignment across departments.
- Client Support:
- Negotiate client contracts and rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service, conflict resolution, and proactive communication.
- Administrative & Reporting:
- Track activities, blockers, potential sales, and revenue to inform leadership.
- Meet sales metrics, including calls, presentations, new contracts, and gross profit goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in account management and business development within the healthcare staffing industry, with expertise in locum tenens.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a client-focused mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- College degree preferred.
