Description:

Walker Lovell is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join a dynamic team.

As a key player in our client’s success, you will take ownership of their newly acquired High-Value, Mid-Range (HMR) customer-base, guiding them through a substantial pricing journey to reflect the true worth of the data our client provides.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a significant pricing journey for the HMR customer-base to align order value with the value of our data.
  • Effectively position the new rate card, assisting customers in understanding and accepting the price-lift.
  • Ensure customer retention and facilitate a staggered approach to the rate card through the sale of multi-year deals.
  • Understand and appreciate the value of our products, skillfully handling objections and demonstrating the value of our prices, news, and analytics.
  • Support the transition of current advertisement spend into recurring revenue through subscription sales.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated individual with a passion for success and a drive to be part of a fast-paced team.
  • Strong team player willing to work flexibly.
  • Proven experience in leading customers through significant price-increase journeys.
  • Background in managing and sustainably growing a high-volume book of business.
