Description:
and Destroy Drive’s technical engineers. Tasks to be preformed are:
- Respond to inbound client requests
- Confirm which data destruction service is to be performed
- Establish service delivery date / time
- Collect client location and job tracking information
- Coordinate and schedule technicians domestically and overseas
- Collect required contractor information for scheduling and data center access
- Order entry in to billing system
- Data Entry in to tracking system
- Complete client documentation once project is complete
Skills and Experience:
- Strong writing communication skills
- Email, MS-Word, and MS-Spreadsheet
- Work with online systems (exposure to QuickBooks a plus)
- Experience in any document driven industry (electronics recycling(+), data destruction(+), real estate, financial services, BPO, VAR)

- Maintain accurate records and documentation – attention to detail
