Description:
As the National Account Manager you will:
- Optimize Case brand performance through the development and implementation of a business plan related to responsible segment and customer.
- Identify specific incremental sales opportunities by understanding the target customer and segment needs.
- Interface and establish proper relationships and establish a review cadence with corporate, regional, and district management staff of current national accounts.
- Lead sales and marketing efforts tied to the brand(s) and branch locations, such open houses, marketing, meetings, training, etc.
- Determine product requirements to maintain a competitive advantage in the market place, using a discount structure for individual Accounts within the broad guidelines provided by management.
- Provide direct customer input and feedback to product management and product engineering.
- Develop innovative financing, leasing, demo, rental, and purchase packages to satisfy individual large customer needs.
- Lead Margin, Revenue and profitability for the segments detailed above.
- Lead sales support, order board, production pipeline and logistics for the segments detailed above.
- Identify, prospect and develop New National Account Customers.
- Travel extensively to meet customer and company needs and expectations.
- Ideally live near major airport for ease of and cost of travel.

- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 8-10 years of construction equipment rental, retail, or retail support experience
