Description:
This person is responsible for:
- Partnering closely with SHP Executive Director to status, plan & manage partner relationships
- Ensuring timely engagement & communications to OHSU Health partners & internal sharing of partner-related communications
- Ensuring partner members are included on appropriate OHSU Health committees & user groups
- Organizing & facilitating quarterly performance review meetings with partner organizations
- Monitoring, communicating & routinely publishing service delivery status reports, including
- open incident/change/project volume, status & closure statistics
- Incident/change/project risks, issues and barriers
- Notifying partner of & internally reporting impact from enterprise-wide changes or projects
- Collecting partner’s prioritization of change & project requests
- Working with OHSU Healthcare IT team members to
- status open tickets/projects, gather updates & estimated resolution timeline
- Mitigate risks where possible & escalate as needed
- Establish standard processes & tools across partners, where needed
- Identifying opportunities to standardize ITG communication, processes, tools & policies across all partners
- Sharing known budgetary, technology or otherwise impactful changes with partner/affiliate
- Educating & guiding partners in interactions w/OHSU teams through incident/change/project intake, updates & processes
This person will work closely with:
- Executive Director of Healthcare IT Implementations
- Various Healthcare IT Directors, Project Managers & Analysts
Function/Duties of Position:
Program management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between OHSU and partner/affiliate
Project, change & request oversight:
- Working with teams across ITG, OHSU and OHSU Health leadership and key stakeholders
- Ensure projects & change requests are on track and on budget, and that customers receive timely communication about the status of projects/changes and emerging risks
- Review performance metrics and ensure product delivery meets goals and objectives
Communications and change management:
- Promote and facilitate teamwork and maintain high level of partner/affiliate satisfaction
- Use change management and facilitation strategies to achieve buy-in & shared accountability
- Communicate key information to stakeholders, management, and executive leadership
This position is currently 100% telework/remote and may include remote work long-term. Candidate must be able to work from home full-time initially.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field with experience in IT.
Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in a complex technology environment
