Your key responsibilities as our Expat Account Manager – North America:

  • Collaborate with our renewed US team to help build and execute ARDIS®'s expansion vision within North America. Your strategic insights and hands-on approach will be instrumental in driving our growth.
  • Take ownership of the growth of both existing and new customers in the North American market. By understanding their current and future needs, strategic plans, and objectives, you will contribute to the solution discussion with the customer and to the effective sales closing. You keep your focus on sales and will work closely with the Regional Director - NA, your US-based sales colleague and the senior business development and operations team in Belgium and USA. They will provide assistance when needed, enabling your success in delivering exceptional results.

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Strong Sales skills. Your commercial attitude and dynamism typify you.
  • Experience in B2B technical software solutions or familiarity and affection with cutting machines in the wood, plastic or metal industry.
  • Technical insight to identify production companies' challenges and translate them into software solutions within our standard products.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and success.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout North America and commit to a minimum 5-year period as an expatriate.
  • Solution-oriented, dynamic, open, flexible, and able to appreciate a warm and ambitious company culture in a family context. Ability to collaborate with colleagues, exercise cost consciousness, and take responsibility.
