We’re looking for a Growth Account Manager to join our Growth Sales team. FullStory has rapidly established itself as the market and technology leader in DXI and we’re looking for someone who can prospect and realize the full potential of FullStory for our customers while expanding our footprint, to help drive further value.
All of this will show up as you maximize adoption and drive customer success and revenue within your install base of accounts.
Our Account Managers are dedicated to FullStory’s growth by becoming a master of discovery and a strategic business partner for our existing customers in our Growth segment (Growth at FullStory is defined as customers with 0-$40 million in annual revenue).

In a typical day, you might:
Manage a complex sales process during all stages of the customer lifecycle while taking a proactive approach to personally building and managing a large pipeline of expansion opportunities and achieving best in class net dollar retention.
Be responsible for driving adoption of FullStory by growing an existing customer base of business by way of expansion (up-sell & cross-sell), renewals, and churn mitigation.
Partner collaboratively with other departments (Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product) to help our customers realize value with FullStory.
Maintain Executive Buyer relationships with your customers while multithreading, which will include demoing and selling the value of FullStory into other key executives across the C-Suite.
Have excellent research and analytical skills and feel comfortable leading customer focused EBRs (Executive Business Reviews).
Here's what we're looking for:
A proven ability to grow your customer base by at least $200K in ARR each year via cross-sell and upsell.
A successful sales track record in exceeding assigned activity metrics, pipeline targets and ARR quota.
Experience working with at-risk customers to build value and gain their business.
Experience running a full sales cycle from prospect to close.
