Account Management Representative

Description:

• Act as the main point of contact for their highest volume customers
• Will typically have a roster of 4 accounts they will have complete ownership of to service
• Handle questions pertaining to ETA of orders and the shipment process
• Help process additional order from the client
• Make changes and adjustments to orders
• Enter in the orders and provide quoting information from the sales team
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders while providing excellent customer service
• Communicate with internal departments to get updates to provide to the customer and clients
• Skills:* Customer service, Data entry, account management, order entry, inside sales support
• Qualifications:*
• 2+ years working within the Customer Service, Account Management, or Inside Sales departments, in a manufacturing or products based company
• Experience being the contact for customer experience, handling client accounts
