Account Executive Trainee

We currently seek ambitious applicants with 2 years military and/or business experience or recent college graduates to join our highly competitive Account Executive Training Program. Working on a hybrid schedule, both remotely and out of our Blue Bell, PA office, Trainees will learn all aspects of the insurance industry by working directly with our Senior Commercial Property & Casualty Account Executives. The responsibilities of an Account Executive range from oversight of relationships with clients and underwriters, to preparation of documentation and proposals, marketing, and account management.
In addition to on-the-job training, over an 18-month period, Trainees will participate in over 200 hours of classroom and virtual training (including pre-licensing education for Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses).
