Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and engage potential partners in healthcare facilities such as clinics, hospitals, and senior living communities, educating them about our services and benefits.
  • Field Marketing: Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials to healthcare providers and key community partners.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals, administrators, and key stakeholders to generate referrals and support patient care needs.
  • Hybrid Work Environment: Spend time in the field (traveling locally to healthcare facilities and businesses) and perform follow-up calls and remote administrative tasks from home.
  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and implement outreach strategies to maximize visibility within the healthcare community and strengthen referral networks.
  • Lead Generation: Track contacts and partnerships, document key interactions, and report on referral trends and opportunities to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Previous Experience: 1-2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or account management preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Self-Motivated & Organized: Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and plan outreach activities with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM software or tracking systems.
  • Reliable Transportation: Willingness to travel locally, with mileage reimbursement provided.
