Description:
Required Experience:
Proven collaboration skills enabling the candidate to successfully lead broking teams and leverage thought leaders in pursuit of greater client, carrier, and Aon outcomes.
Strong oral presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex messages in written form
Strong negotiation skills
Strong technical property and casualty knowledge
Background in account management, servicing, placement and negotiation of property and casualty coverages
Ability to solve problems and think independently
Ability to pay attention to detail while working under pressure
Ability to organize, prioritize, monitor and control work flow, with close attention to deadlines
Be energetic/have a sense of urgency
Positive and flexible attitude Education and/or experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Six to ten years of relevant Property/Casualty experience
Illinois P&C Brokers License, or able to secure on acceptance
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
International/Global program experience a plus Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $120,400 - $160,500 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
