Your Impact:
Donor Engagement and Stewardship:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key donors and partners.
- Manage a high-value donor portfolio, creating lasting impacts through strategic stewardship.
Fundraising and Revenue Generation:
- Drive innovative fundraising initiatives to meet and exceed financial targets.
- Craft compelling grant proposals and engaging donor communications.
Strategic Planning and Reporting:
- Work alongside the leadership team to align fundraising strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide insightful reports to guide our strategic direction.
Networking, Outreach, and Event Management:
- Represent Avante Garde in various settings, expanding our network.
- Manage and execute events, ensuring they are memorable and effective.
- Coordinate with teams and partners to ensure event success.
Newsletter Management:
- Oversee the creation and distribution of Avante Garde's newsletter.
- Curate content that resonates with our audience, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Manage the newsletter schedule, ensuring timely and consistent communication.
Database Management and Compliance:
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate donor database.
- Ensure compliance with nonprofit fundraising regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or in the process of obtaining in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven fundraising and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and CRM skills.
- Independent, yet team-oriented.
