The Account Executive will be a part of the Global Nutritional & Beauty Business Development Team reporting to the Regional Director Beauty Softgels North America, and responsible for managing new business opportunities, as well as existing business.

The Role
Sell unique portfolio of Beauty (topical & advanced topical) formulations designed for Catalent’s Unit Dose Technology.
Assure the achievement of the Business Development revenue and new wins targets.
Grow book of business in terms of New Wins through effective selling and negotiations.
Maintain and grow existing accounts through an elevated level of Customer Service and through contract renewals.
Primary POC for all prospects and customers, liaise with Italian and Swiss Business Units (R&D, Customer Service, Forecasting, Supply Chain, etc.) to provide seamless experiences for existing customer and prospects.
Prepare marketing & technical presentations, as well as, Business Review presentations for existing customers and internal meetings.
Attend global or local sales meetings as required.
Prepare customer call reports, maintain Salesforce and other reports as required based on the Miller Heiman philosophy.
Build up solid, professional relationships within the Catalent network.
The Candidate
Proven, successful track record as sales executive or brand manager in a leading company operating in the cosmetic industry, minimum 3 years of experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in science, business administration or another related field; Advanced scientific degree and/or Master of Business Administration preferred
Proven sales & technical skills and able to manage commercial, marketing & technical presentations.
Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills; flexible, collaborative team player.
Results focused; a hunter able to penetrate new customers.
Preferred knowledge and experience in Salesforce.
Proficient in Microsoft products including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Willing to travel domestically regularly (approximately 50%) and internationally as required.
